Do NOT send bags via My Baggage! We had boxes shipped with a promised delivery date of 12/29 to our Paris hotel. On 12/31, no boxes. Tracking showed they hadn't cleared customs, so we contacted the company & were told they would be delivered. No boxes 1/2. Called MB & heard they would fix it.
