Admittedly my opinions on Diaz have always been pretty complex.
His bigger wrongdoings aside, I never really cared for his approach to discourse with other people.
At one point though, I did try to just accept that, in part to seeing how many people would start shit with him and then cry victim.

Admittedly my opinions on Diaz have always been pretty complex.

And his justification for it is this idea that your beliefs on media are always equivalent to your moral beliefs.
Don’t think he’s done anything of that caliber as of recently, but I still hope for his own sake and the sake of others he ditches this mentality.

And I still think you don’t have to engage with him if you’re uncomfortable with him.
The problem is he’ll be one engaging with people even when they don’t ask for it, and will do it in the most unhinged ways.
That’s when him being toxic and harassing other people became a real issue IMO.
