Hello Bluesky! I’m Ryan and I do oil paintings, mostly for Magic: the Gathering and occasionally for myself
Working on a new venture and going through old paintings. This was the 30"x40" painting I was working on when Jeremy Jarvis contacted me for my first MtG piece, Plains from M10. I guess I was painting flowers and figured I'd paint a few more!

I love painting faces and was really looking forward to all the cool creatures of Lorwyn since the first one was before my time. But I guess someone has to paint a horrific creature with the absence of a face. 🤷♂️
