Stress can naturally do that to someone. The same goes for anxiety. Your gut health actually is connected to your mental health too so if your head isn't feeling good, then your gut will also respond accordingly to the stressful factors.

I feel that 😆 I had to go to a chiropractor because my posture as an artist, needed fixing. I'm trying to avoid over extending my neck and avoid curling up like a shrimp when I draw 😅
