There goes some guy, just assuming that every woman has to have a man or else.

This guy literally doesn’t care. He just doesn’t. At her age I wouldn’t have known that either. He can’t spell her name or remember her birthday, and when you actually care about someone you remember more obscure things than that about them.

Cats are my favorite subject matter at this point. I have cat stickers and keychains of my art, and handmade cat keychains and cat necklaces.

That was my thought exactly. Saying “I’m a loser” and trying to get her to feel bad 🙄

Thankfully my husband doesn’t let it get that far. He gets freaked out about the mess that he let pile up for 2 weeks and goes on a cleaning spree.
One can only have such high hopes for the guy in the post, though.

That was definitely my dad’s philosophy as well. When I was 6, I re-read the same book countless times. One day, I lost my copy. My dad was ready with so many other books I could pick from.

This guy needs a home office where he has to stay for the duration of the work day.
My husband and I both work from home, and his office looks like a dump (while mine has no trash in it at all). The mess is contained to his specific room but I have no idea where it all even comes from.

What does he think a “woman” job is? We can all do the same jobs, dude.
And the fact that he puts menopause up there with toxic relationships, as if menopause isn’t a normal thing that happens to the body.

How is her allergy inconvenient to *him*? It just means more peanuts for him. A relationship in no way hinges on one’s ability to eat their partner’s favorite food.
But the fact that he doesn’t take her allergy seriously alone should be a dealbreaker. And ruining her dinner 🤬

And that he’s treating it like just something she wants, not even remotely recognizing that an engagement ring is a huge deal.
She doesn’t “want an expensive ring”, she wanted him to want to marry her.

This guy is 10000% lying about wanting a child. If she wants a kid, she shouldn’t be with him.

Yet he literally has a winged penis on his car. I’m pretty sure no straight dude would ever.

It sounds like they’re worried about a relationship kind of just plateauing. Which isn’t actually about living together but that’s been their own experience.
It’s really about continuing to do things together while also taking trips alone and giving each other some kind of time to miss each other.

We just got a new roof, and every single person we talked to from one of the businesses who did an initial estimate was really weirded out that only I was here and not my husband (he was out of town). Um, I live here too, and there’s no info about a roof that only one person in the house has 🤷🏽‍♀️

It’s so weird when a hypothetical woman’s relationship with her hypothetical dad is brought up as if it has anything whatsoever to do with her romantic relationships.

“Gee, I wonder why women won’t risk their lives for other adults but would for their child”. Um? Is this dude ok? A dependent such as a child or animal is completely different from a reasonable adult who you’re in no way responsible for.
