lol true, kind of up to everyone’s taste. I think I just like in roguelikes when some meta progression is tied to like achievements. But hades has always kinda been softer one the roguelike stuff anyway

Like the way they did the surface was just odd to me, like you go in it then slowly take damage till you die which I thought was going to be a new mechanic but then it’s like nope, it’s a cauldron unlock

Yeah I just feel like the game kind of gets interrupted a lot more with narrative stuff, which like I LIKE but it feels like it happens a lot in 2, plus the meta progression drives me a little crazy it’s like every little thing is in the cauldron. Though I fucking love the cards, and mana
