This is shameful and unacceptable. He deserves at the very least a public apology from the Winnipeg Police as well as a thorough investigation as to why he was targeted and treated so disrespectfully.

While I can accept it as a part of history, It is unacceptable in modern times.Thanks to technology we have the ability to fact check information in real time. We see the failure of MSM in the US has played a huge role in empowering Trump and we are in danger of heading down the same path.

If we were better equipped as a country to dismantle disinformation coming from the Cons and our MSM wasn't US owned then Carney would be way out front in the polls.
