When deep frying birds, take defrosted bird and place in fry pot. Add water to just cover bird. Remove bird, note level of water. Remove water, dry, add oil to same level. Proceed with cook. Secondly, don't cook in or on anything that burns. So no decks, garages, porches.

US is not providing solid aid now, other countries are buying our stuff and donating it. So the threat of don't accept the same tired pro RU surrender lest you risk losing our support is NOT a real threat. RU is on the cusp of the death spiral of economy.
