It’s hard to admit that real culture change means fixing the structures.

Because culture isn’t what you say—it’s how your organisation actually works.

But when I say “We also need to look at your processes, decision-making structures, and organisational design,” the energy shifts.

Because systems aren’t sexy.
And, more importantly, systems mean leadership has to change—not just employees.
