It seems it is back to normal now with frequent minor eruptions and ash plumes. This plume that we saw didn't last for long. For most of the day, we saw it emitting what visually looked like a bit of steam and at times smog.

Overall, the Christmas show was the best of the four. It seems like there is a 5th, Dancing Water, with different music depending on the show time.

Special Dancing Water vol.12 Shiki Theatre Company Musical "The Phantom of the Opera" - A short Phantom of the Opera water and light show. It's only really obvious what it is due to the music. Phantom of the Opera is currently being performed here at Canal City by the Shiki Theatre Company.

Canal Aqua Panorama Gundam Scramble in Fukuoka - A Gundam show with quite a bit of projection mapped scenes along with timed water effects. It seems to be a commercial for a mobile game. Many of the projection mapped scenes take place in Fukuoka.

Canal Christmas Miracle of Light - A Christmas themed show featuring a live Santa Claus as well as projection mapping.

Illumination Show "Time to Say Goodbye" - A basic water and light show.

We're seeing the beginning of the Christmas season with Christmas markets being constructed and lights that are up but not yet active.

After breakfast at the AC Hotel, we checked out, left our bags at the train station, and took a bus down to Stubaier Gletscher. We visited the Top of Tyrol before descending and returning to Innsbruck. After lunch, we returned to Munich by train and bus and checked into the Le Méridien.

After descending to mid-mountain, we walked to a nearby tiny chapel before returning to the valley and Innsbruck afterwards.

After breakfast at the AC Hotel, we took a train west to Imst where we caught the next bus to Pitztaler Gletscher. We ascended via funicular and gondola to visit the highest cafe in Tyrol and its mountaintop 360° observation platform.

Once there, we enjoyed the view and walked on the snow a bit. After returning to the valley, we took a quick walk to see a waterfall before returning to Innsbruck.

After breakfast at the AC Hotel, we took a train and bus over to Hintertuxer Gletscher in the Ziller Valley. We took three separate gondolas to reach the top.
