Adam and Deb busy preparing for our upcoming #trustees meeting in a few weeks time. The senior management and admin team all prepare reports in advance, to send to our trustees including updates on evaluation, projects, funding and finances, supervision, comms, cyber and IT, policies.

We're continuing to share cards used by team members in their #dramatherapy sessions. The concept of Archetypes goes back to Ancient Greece, & was developed by the psychoanalyst Carl G Jung. These cards show the Positive & Negative aspects of the archetypes.

Origami paper becomes many things. They're multi use tools. Support down-regulating, Bring focus, Enhance turn taking, Support development of tolerance of distress & frustration, hence resilience.
