I don't remember Obama revoking federal funding for Harvard for international students and the threatening to pull all federal funding. Is that something that happened? Is there a news article or White House announcement?

Yeah there's just an open hole at the top and the ratios of things is off. Also the brick wall to the left and behind the dogs just disappears as you move up in the image.
I'm sure Russia is doing plenty of bad things without adding these fakes to the narrative.

People need to eat, period. My grandfather was poor as hell but I remember him telling me to give some lunch meat, bread, cheese, and milk to his neighbor who was a single mother with 5 kids. Never asked for money, just did it because it was right.
