Fitness three times a week helped me get out of a slump that I was in due to pandemic lockdowns. Fitness has been hugely beneficial for me for my mental health. It's amazing how beneficial mentally getting fit has been for me. I now have a PT three times a week, and I consider it my therapy. ❤️
