Notes from a US official on Russia's strike in Dnipro: An experimental IRBM. Russia only has a "handful" of the missiles. Ukraine has withstood attacks from missiles with significantly larger warheads. The US briefed Ukraine and allies ahead of the strike on the possible use to help them prepare.
