2025 was a good running year. I enjoyed that, over 1000km on my regular run route around Jesmond Dene. The hills have been great for my running. Running has really helped keep my mind in a good place. It has been amazing to be able to get out and run!

Course set up done, now a rest before I have to run then funnel manage... No problem normally but I donated blood yesterday. When I donated whole blood it never affected my running, now I'm platelets and plasma it takes me a couple of days to recover 🤷 #parkrun #jesmonddene #nhsblooddonation
