Just got a call from my dr and they said in order to feel better I need to stop all caffeine, get good sleep, exercise 3 times a week, take supplements, go on an anti inflammatory diet, cut out sugary stuff and little treats.... they're trying to kill me 😭😭😭

I'm not surprised, reading is dangerous!! You could read this page from a Todd Parr book to your young children, then next thing you know they're demanding to eat macaroni and cheese in the bathtub and you let them because of fun and whimsy!!!
