Cynicism always feels good but it encourages inaction. I prefer Pragmatic Optimism. Control what you can. Show up to your city council meetings. Care about local shit. Lend your time to meal services. Advocate for libraries, art meetups, clothing swaps, and community gardens. Volunteer goddammit
