I think I get something similar on the side of my face. If my hair rubs the side of my face, if the temperature is too high or cold, or if I’m around an allergen for too long, I’ll get red splotches. I get them on my chest too. 🫩 Not sure if it’s blood vessels or I’m just a freak of nature. 😅😂
