I think they do provide bloodwork, it says it's included in membership at least. And they give prescriptions, which you can normally apply to get for free or reduced cost (but that might be different if you're paying for private healthcare idk). Not a statement about ethics. anne.health/membership/

I'm not nearly educated enough about this to recommend things, I just wanted to mention that as a reason. As far as I do understand it, I agree bical is better, and injection monotherapy is usually the best.
Also this would be a DM, but I refuse to scan my ID or whatever, which is required in the UK

I know that doesn't change the medical recommendation, I just thought I'd say because the site says "there is no situation that [you] can think of" to recommend it. It's also cheaper than the corresponding rise in e & adding prog fwiw, though by a smaller degree (something like 2.5x).
