Even taking the most optimistic view, it's reasonable to say change takes time and you can't do everything all at once. What concrete policies is she prioritizing that can meaningfully impact the city quickly (and help win a 2nd term!).

Just read the district FAQ. Lots of facts and statements, but still doesn't answer basic question of what real-world problem it solves. If students couldn't get lunch & socialize in their previous schedule, they'd be leading the charge for schedule changes.

I would love to see a breakdown of avg time spent reviewing video per official for VAR decisions. My gut says Ford would rank toward the top. He always seems to spend forever there only to return with some bizarre decision no one understands.
