"But lobster meat is sweet."

You are what you eat, and the primary staples of a lobster's diet are trash and carrion.

I am also looking into a second monitor, but I'll probably get a vertical one to sidestep the space issues.

There will always be an exception that proves the rule, but I also have strong doubts the 4-hour cut of Black Panther would've been anywhere close to watchable.

It was a mistake telling people a two hour movie often has five hours of footage.

Big-Top Burger: 9/10
Who would've guessed a bunch of goofy shorts would hit like a semi three seasons in? Legitimately hope Worthikids gets the chance to do long-form storytelling like this again if they so choose.

Fate/strange fake (Episodes 0-1): 8.5/10
Hot damn. Took me a while to get to this, but it looks great and isn't as info-dumpy as the opening episodes of Type-Moon adaptations tend to get. Be prepared for homework though, some of which might not be streaming anymore.

Stranger Things (Season 5): 7.5/10
Mostly works as a finale at least. A bit of a bummer it wasn't as much a tribute to 80s movies as past seasons were, but it was a solid wrap to most of the presented character arcs.

I'd argue Monday is S-tier and Friday is high A-tier but not quite S. Friday off makes a short work week, but Monday off makes a long weekend, if that makes sense. Monday off hits different.

People...pay for Paramount+?
December 22, 2025 at 5:48 PM
UPDATE: They extended to January 20th because daddy put up some of his own money. They did also kinda have to disclose that they were only so far able to secure one third of one percent of one percent of the stock they'd need to actually start the hostile takeover process.

Formally, the shareholders haven't rejected Paramount yet (even if their bid is becoming less and less likely by the day). I think January 8th was the deadline David Ellison set.

Just keep the sales aplenty and I think we'll be good.
