After 9 months here's another video of the cancelled TAITO racing game 'VERTEXER' in HD. No ROM available, so probably the player have one of the only PCBs in existence or have access to it. Still is great to see more footage in high quality of this game. youtu.be/I6ZHunXVSrA?...

i recognized some recreations of the manga panels in the trailer, they really nailed the look

but i guess it's just going to be a straight up adaptation? i mean, there's nothing wrong with that if that's where they're going, but it does dampen my excitement a bit

Blood Simple is so good it just stirred something in me bordering on wistful admiration

blind picked it to watch without knowing its by Coen Bros, obvious in retrospect now, they had the raw blueprint for No Country for Old Men all the way back with their first work

full autonomy was always the end goal, but it’s still such a shift in philosophy to rely on models trained on human internet data to navigate alien worlds

since last year, i have been slowly getting used to getting all my news from paper media

seemed like a good compromise of being in touch with what's happening around the world but also reducing some screen time

greatly enjoyed rewatching Stand Alone Complex recently, finally grasping the politics behind it and reevaluating some of the themes

the second season especially, almost reads like a spiritual parallel continuation to Patlabor 2 Movie in many ways, its soo Oshii-pilled, i love it

if you see some discounted overripe bananas or just have some going bad - take'em and freeze them

makes for super low effort, low calorie ice cream whenever you want by just quick blending them straight out of freezer

its better than you'd probably imagine if you never had them

R2R supporters gonna tell you that we must fight for the right to pay independent technicians to modify our hardware, and screw manufacturer's restrictions

but when a dev wants $10 to make games work in vr they scream that you can't charge for unauthorized modifications and the eula is sacred lol

i could bet a lot that he saw greenland looking larger than the US, triggering his ego

tragically, no one explained the mercator projection to him, and it's likely no one could

with all the advanced features Unreal Engine has nowadays, it's kind of crazy there's still nothing like a graph event editor workflow for artists working on mission and narrative design

have to wonder what CDPR is using for Witcher 4, considering this was a huge feature within REDengine/REDkit

seen folks sad about the auctioned David Lynch items saying they should end up in a museum, and i don't disagree, but he did thought of that

not long before he passed away, he donated 13 containers of memorabilia to a museum being constructed in Toruń, Poland
