Ok, HOA rules are dogs on leash at all times. Neighbor across street doesn’t follow that rule. Their dog has attacked mine 4x in the last 5 years. It just charged at us again, off leash. Do I call animal control? Btw, the neighbor is the HOA president.

If you don’t like something in particular, just unfollow. Don’t make a blanket statement that someone may interpret is meant for them and make them feel bad when, in fact, it had nothing to do with them. Since I don’t know if it was for me, there, will only be wholesome posts here from now on.
