Don't be fooled by the short term "savings". Taxpayers are essentially giving $6 billion to their fossil fuel donors. A waste of money that would be better spent fixing real problems.

Google resorting to dark pattern sales tactics is low. Shame on you, Google. I hope the conversion rate is really low on this and whoever's responsible learns a lesson (hah!).

Always use YYYY-MM-DD format when including dates in your filenames, kids! It makes it sortable by default.

The location of the charging port doesn't bother me. It's the shape that makes it unusable for long periods of time for me. If Apple indeed makes something like the Logitech MX Master 3S (probably the best mouse? even Tim Cook admitted to using it instead of the Magic Mouse), then I'll switch to it.

Australia’s education system is unbalanced. It disproportionately favours those who are already advantaged. It gives public money and tax concessions to private schools that go to private beneficiaries. 🔽
