I'll have to check out The Last Story for sure. I dunno why I never played the Phantasy Star games. But Breath of Fire!? 2 & 3 were my jam ... never got through 1 & 4 though O_o

Oh, and Dark Cloud 1/2 are iconic!

Those are actually some bangers! I've played through Shining Force 2, Legend of Dragoon and Tactics Ogre recently, but the rest I've either never played (Phantasy Star games, Vagrant Story), have been wanting to go through again (Breath of Fire 3, Evermore, Gaia) or haven't heard of (Last Story).

I'm going into 2026 niching down to JRPGs / RPGs and I have a bunch of games in general, but also looking for recommendations dude!

I guess I finally have to play through all of Undertale like I've been meaning to all these years!
