Man Bites Dog was an under the counter job because it was banned in Ireland. Still might be actually. The usual suspects were under there too. TCM, The Exorcist etc. It was great. A proper selection instead of endless copies of Cruel Intentions and Varsity Blues.

I remember video shops before Xtravision became king. Our local video shop had a decent selection of foreign and horror stuff because Oobie, the owner was a big film buff. Seeing Man Bites Dog and Hard Boiled at 16 was mindblowing.
