Today’s workshop with national research agencies and IPCC authors (South America) on benefits and risks of climate–health research, research-sector emissions, research obligations, and policy links.
Part of our #WHO-funded project on co-producing climate–health research ethics.

Such an important topic!
Yesterday, we had a great conference on reparations and restitution at the University of Brighton.

I presented a paper (co-authored with Manuel Serrano) on the possible responsibilities of private individuals to return territory acquired as a result of historical injustice.

How does climate change transform research ethics?

This is the central question we will discuss with representatives of national research agencies and authors of the forthcoming IPCC report from South American countries.

Addressing antimicrobial resistance raises serious justice challenges.

In our new article, Lena Marinova and I propose enhancing the just transition framework with insights from transitional justice to guide the AMR transition.

Diary of the transdisciplinary reflective equilibrium pilot

Yesterday was the second session of the pilot.

For the first time, we met and interacted. It was so inspiring to see these women and transgender people, who are so deeply engaged in grassroots work, yet so committed to this pilot.

What is happening in Gaza has shaken the conscience of the world.

Man-made famine can never be a weapon of war. This must stop.

EU aid to Gaza far outweighs that of any other partner.

But of course, Europe needs to do more.

Here are measures for a way forward ↓
