Couple of days ago a whole army of lawn guys arrived at my neighbor's yard (yard smaller than a tennis court); so many trucks of equipment it took up my whole block AND wrapped around the corner onto another block. Three leaf blowers going simultaneously. For ages! How? Why?

When living in Italy, I never managed to find pumpkin puree, but I could find fresh pumpkin chunks in the produce section. They were pretty easy to steam (or bake) and puree, and I didn't find I had to make recipe adjustments (worked same as canned, wasn't significantly more watery or anything).
