Trump here makes clear that he executed an official act—a pardon—with an expectation of "LOYALTY" from the recipient of the act, with his definition of LOYALTY as he executed the act being that the recipient of it would either never run for Congress again or not run as a Democrat.

What I'm saying is that this tragedy has nothing to do with immigration policy or DC crime and Trump knows it. This man was in the US because of decisions Trump either made or agreed with. But he's now using this shooting as an excuse to change unrelated policies in dictatorial ways.
