Une nouvelle étude des services de renseignements allemands révèle que les dépenses militaires russes réelles sont nettement supérieures aux montants déclarés par Moscou. Afin de mener sa guerre contre l’Ukraine, le Kremlin a dépensé 250 milliards d’euros l’an dernier pour produire de nouvelles armes et payer son armée, soit la moitié de son budget total pour l’année.
