Still struggling though, my old ADHD meds had lactose in the pills as the extended release function :/ just switched to elvanse though which doesn't, and also I can barely handle legumes except garden peas and soy lol

Process was basically "oh maybe lactose is whats fucking me up" switches to lactose free "oh I don't think I can justify eating meat on an ethical basis" switches to vegetarian "oh eggs fuck me up and also I can't justify staying vegetarian when I could just go vegan" and tummy does a lil better now

Obviously my stomach issues are not brought on by opioid use as Kurts was in part, I think I just have regular IBS plus intolerances/sensitivities to lactose and eggs, which is part of why I decided to go vegan

So anytime he references it in interviews or in his lyrics I'm like "oh my god he gets it!" I feel like people who can eat absolutely anything and be fine don't truly understand how hellish it can be to be a slave of your own sensitive little tummy
