Literally the one positive I hang on to as well. I use that mug every damn day and it is quite good at keeping my coffee warm. I wish I had gotten a second one for back up in case anything happens to this one, it is that beloved.

The Janeway mug is perfection and I drink my coffee every day from it. I don’t regret that purchase at all. I do regret buying the pin sets though because I’m over that hobby and they’re just sitting collecting dust lol.

Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s worth the watch, but there’s a “special” chunk that I’m like “That’s what my money went towards?!” The interviews are still good, especially RDM/Braga and Jeri Taylor. It’s not something I’m rushing to rewatch. It’s a fine documentary, just not expectations exceeding

The musical cue when Woody’s train goes over the edge, he’ll go “Oh no, bye Woody!”

When the cue hits for Buzz saving the train, “Yay Buzz!”

When the barrel of monkeys drops, he’ll say “Monkeys fall!”

That sort of strong connection between a musical cue and the film at that age is wild to me.

If you read her resignation letter, she is also right about how toxic the House has become on both ends and how term limits are needed. There’s no progress ever and way too much dissonance.

Honestly, the doc was a disappointment compared to What We Left Behind and I almost don’t even want the Blu-Ray anymore. It just lacked the spark and magic of the DS9 doc. There are some good parts I didn’t know about but I am over it. Would be nice if we got what we paid for but 🤷🏼‍♂️

That’s what’s happening with us! We started a preschool program too and they were doing great for all of September and October but now the yuck is starting to roll in. Their class is small (9 including them) but it’s been like half attended for the past couple of weeks ☹️.
