I wonder what all those developments with planning conditions to have a Zip car type system will do.
We used it to hire a van, worked really well and wasn't expensive. Great alternative to owning a private vehicle, real shame that they are closing.

Unfortunately boroughs like Hillingdon still do very little to enable cycling, dispite @willnorman.co.uk paying a visit. A cycle strategy consulted on in June 24 not seen the light of day. Outer London levels driven by Richmond & Kingston, hiding poor delivery in other boroughs.
