These numbers still astound me. I completed a Rental Market Analysis as part of a research project in 2011. At that time, the private apartment rental universe in Calgary had decreased from nearly 48,000 units in 1995 to 35,512 units in 2010. So building 15,000 in a year and a half is wild.
