Hunter Goodman's offensive emergence kicked Romo down the depth chart and they've liked what they've seen in Braxton Fulford. Leaves little room for Romo to get actual playing time, especially after the problems they perceived for him in his brief stints.

I'd say too early to tell, but likely any team that is willing to part with some big league ready pitching with team control
