I'm going to try and better clarify in the future when I cover aspects of GTA 5 that i deem interesting, but are in fact very common in many other games as well.

Some more info on the "Stoner Survival"'s i showed earlier.
Destroying various things (clown cars, action figures) stops them from spawning. Theres hallucinations of yourself, and you can unlock the High Life 420 Outfit.
Release date: probably 4/20 lol

Put out fires, rescue cats, or shut off gas leaks.
You unlock "The Unwavering Outfit" for completing 25 tasks
Theres a trade price unlock for the firetruck after doing 5 jobs in a row.

and a IG (ingame) version
The cutscene version features significantly higher quality facial rigging for better expressions and adjusted to closer match the actors real life proportions. (1/2)

From what ive gathered off social media(s), you cannot call strippers to the mansion.
Curiously though there are voicelines from all 3 of Ai assistants suggesting this was intended to be a feature.

R* used a new approach to map changes than previous updates.
They gutted out the area of the mansions, then made 2 versions, the old/original for backwards compatibility w/missions, and the new mansion one.
This required quite a bit of work to pull off from looking at the files
