When the Epstein files are released, it's a safe bet to assume that any evidence that implicates Donald Trump is any way will have been scrubbed or redacted. He will declare vindication.

Both sides agree to rename the system "Trump Care"

Insurance will negotiate it down and pay far less. A layer of silly bureaucracy none of us need, but still pay for.
