If folks look for a feline friendly (catfriendly.com/find-a-veter...) or fear free (directory.fearfree.com) vet then they can stay with them during exams. As a practitioner I can say anecdotally it makes a huge difference to perform an exam and phlebotomy on an owners lap vs an exam table.
