Sophie had a weigh-in this week and she's down to 29.8 kilos (from 43 kilos 6 months ago). She's still enjoying lots of pup cups, but lots of walking is helping her slim down. Well done, Sophie 👏

I haven't given an update about Sophie for a while, so here goes: she's doing fine and is walking much better. She's now down to 35.3 kilos, nearly 8 kilos lower than when we first rehomed her. She's earned her pup cup rewards #HappyDog

There's a new dog on the block! This is Sophie. She's a 12 year old Goldie who we've adopted. She's a bit lardy (43 kilos), but I'm sure lots of walking will help to reduce the load #HappyDog #WeekendWalking
