The herbs and spices are incredibly fragrant but also delicate. Reminder to brown the rice fully and add more oil than you think you’d need.

We bought a pizza oven a year or so ago now which inevitably led to sourdough. All roads baking seem to lead down such a path.
We doubled the stretch and folds to build more gluten in this batch which led to a much nicer dough!
