Got an email from the UK parliament petitions team about the recent/latest debate about introducing a conversion therapy ban, and the email includes this fucking horrible bit of wording that I'm 100% sure is meant to be a transphobic dogwhistle because otherwise the wording is baffling
"The Conversion Practices (Prohibition) Bill included provisions to create offences relating to practices intended to change a person's sexual orientation, or to change a person to or from being transgender."
