We are not the first people, or the first country, to suffer under a tyrannical government that does not respect our lives, or our rights.

There is a method for how to effectively resist, and eventually topple, such a regime. We can learn from others who came before us.

This is my favorite guide.

My Batmobile collection. It’s ordered chronologically. My preferred order: Keaton, Conroy, Kilmer, Bale, Pattinson and West.

I never liked the Clooney or the Affleck version.

So beautiful.

I used to read books like Lord of the Rings or watch movies like Star Wars and think the villains were unbelievable. And of course, now watching the tech oligarchs (who could not spend all their money if they tried) destroy civilization for power, I’m like, guess I was wrong. People are that awful.

I’m already off Facebook and Instagram, motivated not by their AI which I ignored, but their ads, which are unrelenting. And effective. This stuff here? Callously evil.

My beautiful babies. They live with my sister now who takes really good care of them. I miss them very much. They’re the best cats.

I deactivated fb and Instagram because the ads are too good, too precise and shows exactly what would I want to buy, and buy now. It’s awful that my data is used that way to hyper target me, and it’s worse that it’s so effective. Bluesky feels like a real haven from over a decade ago. I’ll stay here
