Nevada had K-12 Information Literacy Standards back in 2002. In 2020, they were revised and became the NV Academic Content Standards: K-12 Library Standards for Information Literacy.

We don’t have a state-wide requirement for a certified teacher-librarian in every K-12 public school (working on it!) but Clark County School District (largest district in NV, 5th largest district in the nation) mandates one by regulation and policy!
