Made the cranberry relish Sunday. So it’s really good right now. All that’s left for tomorrow is some Sichuan green beans but I think I don’t have any ya cai (pickled mustard greens) so might make the famous eggplant instead. We shall see. Now I’m gonna crash and read.

Made my house-famous fruit salad of pomegranates, pineapple, kumquats (from our yard), and juice from Myer lemons (also from our yard). That’s it. Mix well and let it sit in fridge getting better by the hour.

These ppl found a baby goat trapped in a pit. They took him home & cared for him overnite.

The next day they tried to find the owner but had no luck. While looking - they found a group of goats with the same white fur.
