So I bought my first jigsaw puzzle in YEARS because I wanted a LEGO set, but LEGO is too expensive, and puzzles aren't. It's The Aristocats, of course. 300 pieces. Thought that would be a good start since I haven't done a jigsaw puzzle in close to 30 years.

I ordered some tea samples from Adagio for 75 cents each and each sample makes about 10 cups, which is a DEAL. I'm excited to try some new teas! I've got my new cup warmer, too, so no more cold tea halfway through a cup.

I'm going to get back to novel rewrites on the 1st because December is generally quiet. I've decided I won't be doing any Patreon posts or emails or anything promotional while I'm working. I need to focus on the actual writing. I think I can finish this 2nd draft by the end of the year w/some focus.

I wish Advent Calendars counted down from the day after Thanksgiving because I've practiced some serious willpower not digging into the chocolate one I have. Just a few more days until December 1st, though!

The thing about tea is that it gets cold really fast, so I've bought myself a mug/cup warmer. This is like a whole new journey for me. I also invested in some new diffusers because the one I have is janky.

Started Stranger Things and had a sudden urge to eat Rice Krispies. And I happened to have some in my cabinets that hadn't expired yet. So I had a bowl of freaking cereal for a snack like I was still in college.

Because my family can't make up its mind about anything until the last minute, I've prepared for "we might go to Cracker Barrel for Thanksgiving dinner" or "we might not do anything" or "some of us are driving somewhere" (and I can't go). I'm on call with work, too.

I haven't had a huge change in my overall health after giving up coffee, but I haven't minded switching it out for green tea. I want to give black tea a try if/when I feel my acid reflux symptoms subsiding (and they have gotten a little better).

We have a running Christmas joke in my family. One year, my Maggie ran off with baby Jesus from my Mom's nativity set. Still don't know where it ended up. So we always joke that one year, I'm going to find Jesus.

A friend is having issues dating, and I don't date because I'm well...Ace...and only did a little of it before I realized that. I don't know what to say except "I hear dating sucks."
