I didn’t read it that way. A judge can always consider these issues. But making it a law? Makes no sense to give GOP this talking point. Same as when CA made child prostitution legal. VERY GOOD REASON to do that so kids could report traffickers. But the GOP made it about pedophilia.

I just don’t agree. He has been a long time ally and wants fairness backed by scientific evidence. When the evidence is there he will go with it

No it really hasn’t been refuted in the way you suggest. If so please post your source. It depends on the sport, the lateness of transition etc.

I agree with you to a point but it’s not clear cut and it depends on the sport. Like how dumb is it that it applies to chess? Men aren’t better at chess because of their brains. I think all trans kids should be able to play sports in k-12
