Sugar rush peach pods natural hot fruity flavour with Anaheim's texture & heat will blend nicely searing in a frying pan
By weighing the pod flesh before cooking, it determines how much vinegar is needed for flavour
eg 100 grams of flesh = 50ml of vinegar (mls is 50% of grams weight)

I'm keen to mix hotter pods with sweet peppers by this frying method
Previous sauces I weighed the pods adding vinegar then blending before cooking and adding sugar & salt all in a saucepan, sometimes blending with tomatoes for a pasta sauce
Anaheim & sugar rush peach peppers will be interesting

Derek was right, searing chilli sauces indoors has its hazards 🤧 I'm glad I purchased a decent frying pan that actually helps bring out the smokey flavour that non stick pans don't
With our current extreme weather, I'm hoping the plants survive, keeping them watered while fruiting is challenging

It tastes better 24 hours later, I scorched the Serrano's thin pods which gave the sauce a sweet smoked flavour, the heat is probably 4 out of 10 without the seeds, not sure if seeds would ruin the texture or not
I'll have hotter pods to mix with sweet peppers in the new year for more sauce ideas 👍

The cream you can ask your doctor about to control Keratosis has the active ingredient ' Fluorouracil 5- FU ' solar Keratosis and stops regrowth of abnormal cells
It definitely takes away the itchy scabs associated with keratosis

After years of lesions on my scalp, I found a skin cancer doctor to control them
The bigger ones needed cutting out via scalpel, OUCH!
He gave me an ointment to control the Keratosis which has worked very well, I've had no lesions appear for 8 months( freezing off by nitrogen barely worked)

They resemble Pequin peppers which have a variety of shapes from south America

If it's the type of curry plant that releases a fragrance, then you'll love it ☺️

Have you ever tried to ripen pods in a box or container lined with aluminium foil and covered with cling wrap plastic next to a window with plenty of sunlight?
I discovered this method by accident in trying to dry semi ripe Hot wax pods

Sneezing season 🤧

Occasionally I get blackened placentas and seeds from sudden weather changes, I don't use those seeds anymore because future pods carry the black colour and the pods can rot.
I'm happy to share the caterpillars with the birds 😊

I have sugar rush peach peppers going in beside the marigolds soon, so hopefully the snails go to the flowers and not peppers

French marigolds this time, I made the mistake of thinking all marigolds were equal under the soil 🫣
