My research focuses on gene expression mechanisms. We are currently particularly interested in intrinsically disordered transcriptional activation domains and the role they play in oncogenic human transcription factors, such as MYC.

"Archaea" is plural, so the correct phrase is:
"Your momma was an Archaeon"
