Mechanical engineer that's designed race cars, rockets, aircraft and also golf clubs. Car enthusiast that thinks less car dependency is good for all of us.
We had a Portland building inspector at our house today, as he was wrapping up he asked "do you want a sticker?"

I was on my phone emailing him a couple photos, before even looking up I said "yes please."

So that's the story I'll have forever when someone asks "whose cat is that?"

At least in the US car manufacturers have convinced people you have to buy a large pickup to tow anything, even though at this point they've made subcompacts large and powerful enough to tow a pretty decently sized trailer. My 2014 Hyundai Accent has no problem towing a 5x8 trailer.

Someone at Tesla was like "hey can we get the guy from Cumbor's amazon page to photoshop an image for us?"

...and actually the 4' x 7' trailer I rented ended up being a little snug, probably should have done the 5' x 8' I've previously used. Good that I wasn't trying to use a full size crew cab pickup though, would have been too small!

I just yesterday had a bunch of empty crates and other stuff to dispose of, nothing a subcompact can't handle!

Related, just got this Carvana ad with a comment from a guy who doesn't believe the depreciation either!

This ad I got from cars and bids made me laugh. Nailed it on sanding those panels "completely flat."

Weird, I didn't see him among the hundred or so people protesting at the Tesla store a few minutes from there this last Saturday.

Also interesting they don't mention when he actually bought the car. I'm not enough of a Tesla expert to tell what it is from the little shot they give us.
