UNISON members working as therapists and counsellors are on strike as @mind.org.uk are refusing to pay them the correct salary. All they are asking for is to paid the same as those in the NHS doing exactly the same job. Waiting lists are going up. Mind must stop exploiting their workers!

Mental health counsellors working for Norfolk Mind at Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust are back on strike today over pay and grading.
